Our process begins with a discovery session by way of an initial consultation via Zoom. We will talk to you about your current tour(s), your target market and who you see as your competitors. Afterwards we will take you through a presentation showcasing some great examples of Premium Product in Australia – we find that this gets the creative juices flowing and helps tour operators realise what might be possible. 

We will then schedule a face-to-face meeting at your location. Because every tour operator is different, no two face-to-face days are the same but as a rule of thumb, we’ll start by spending some time with you and your team gathering some information from key staff members. While we are there we will test our your current experience(s), teach you about what the luxury traveller wants and lead a brain storming session. 

Once we’ve come up with a plan together to adapt your product, we’ll leave you to it to create. After it’s mostly ready to go, we’ll schedule a zoom catch up and we will go through those last finer details as well as luxury product distribution.
